* 30 day prescription tolerance guarantee

If you are unable to tolerate your new presription and report this within 30 days of purchase, we will re-examine your eyes to establish if the prescription is correct. If you precription is found to be responsible, we will of course replace the spectacle lenses at no extra charge. if the difficulties are the result of an unforseeable lack of adaptation to a particluar lens type, we will replace the lens or lenses with an appropriate alternative, only charging if there is any extra cost for the satisfactory replacement.

** One Year Spectacle frame breakage guarantee

We will repair or replace at our discretion, any part of or whole spectacle frame that malfuntions as a result of a defect of manufacture, at no charge for one year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage or loss and therefore advise that insurance is arranged to cover against such a possibility. This warranty is in addition to and in no way affects your statutory rights.

*** 14 day Spectacle Price Promise

We will refund the difference if you find the exact same complete spectacles (frame and lens combination) available from any other qualified optometric practice within the UK within 14 days of purchase. This offer excludes discontinued frames and special promotions, a written quotation will be required.

Our price structure gives you the option of one or more pairs of spectacles. If you decide to purchase a spare pair when selecting your fisrt, simply look for the spare pair price tag - we are confident that our prices cannot be beaten and our spare pair prices are also covered by our price promise. if you decide to purchase spare pairs later (within one year of your original purchase) you will receive a 20% discount. Spare pairs must be of the same prescription as the original.

In order that you can fully enjoy wearing your new spectacles we will, for the life of your prescription, maintain you spectacles (clean, adjust and undertake minor repairs) free of charge.
